a snowflakes favorite food are crustation (look at his dentation as compared to a fimbriated moray) that being said every fish is an oppartunistic feeder. also eels tend to be much more active at night (while your fish are dreaming of mysis) its something you should be aware of

I would add the lion fish last and at the same time.
