I think the Panworld 590 would work for me.

50PX 590gph 16.5' 90W 3/4" MPT / 3/4" MPT 10"x4"x5" 30RLT

Man those UNOs look good for my future 120 setup!

I have another question. After checking my phosphates I get get 0,,, BUT I still have very, very small signs of algea. I know I need more of a clean up crew but I was considering firing up my Phoban reactor. Is there such thing as to low of phosphate?

The UNO is a fairly new line of very good pressure rated external pumps.

Sequence ReeFlo makes them.

You hear MDM is changing the Dart?

They are ditching the Hubbel motor and going with something not as good.

Yup, and they look quite a bit different.

This is coming from a personal friend who owns a very large skimmer, ca reactor, etc company... And you've heard of them before :)

Tagareef-

Some do, the last year's Dart had Hubbel motors, which is what made it so energy efficient. Now the new motors are not so energy effecient.

I didn't know that...

The Dart has been a very popular pump for MDM, for a good reason, hopefully they will do the smart thing and upgrade the motor and not go for a cheaper less effecient one.

Can you have too low PO4 levels... yes. With 99.9% of the tanks we have we should never have to worry abou that as all of those tanks have fish in them that are constantly producing waste. But your tank is the exception as it is fishless. Do you need to worry about it... I would say no. Just watch your corals, they will let you know if there is a problem. If your phosphates are truly too low you will see bleaching on the corals as their zooxanthellae will start dying. But I would think that if you have any algae in the tank then your levels shouldn't be too low.

As for the UNO pumps, I believe they are still working on their smallest pump, the Goby, which I don't believe has come out yet. Not sure how much GPH it moves but might be worth checking into.

Why is Sequence changing the motors on the Darts? I never knew there were any problems with them.

Just spoke to a retailer/manufacturer about the new Darts and he said that he thinks they have been upgraded not downgraded! He just got a few in and will find out soon what the scoop is.

That would be awesome if they upgraded them.. If it had the same footprint I woundn't have to change anything and just buy the new one.

Man Travis you find out all the good info:) The goby? I wonder what specs it has.

So Travis is it worth trying a little Rowaphos in my situation? Or is there to fine of line that I might cross?

These are so cool. You'll be able to run multiple units on their controller with the added safeguard of battery backup in case of a power outage... Sweet. More importantly, for a BB setup you... you could strategically place a couple of units on the bottom of the tank if you wanted to constantly pull detritus and blow it back up into the water column :D [might not work with starboard because of the added thickness :(]

PUGroyale

All the reasons you stated are the exact reasons why I want one. The Tunzes are to big to line up across the bottom of my tank.

The new Darts wont be as power efficient as the older models per MDM.

They have a new look, although looks don't matter in performance.

They still do roughly the same GPH. I will see if I can drum up some of the new specs/stats and pics.
