75g Lurking danger and Leafy Seadragons

My mp40 came yesterday afternoon. It was making some vibration noise but turns out when you properly install it with a spacer for glass thickness the noise goes away! Who knew? I should read directions first, then trouble shooting isn't necessary, LOL.
Its pricey but its going to be great in this tank!

Today I made a trip to our lfs. I wanted to see if they had any of the fish that I was interested in. They did! I came home with a blue eyed kole tang and a small 1 spot foxface. Right now both are acclimating in baby nets. When the lights go down I will release them. I will try to get pics of these new guys as soon as they comfortably are coming out.

BTW, I love the vortechs and so do my coral!

So I released both fish just as the lights were almost done and this morning they both were swimming out in the open water. Neither looked stressed and both were picking too at algae. I have Seaweed Select clipped in 2 places for them plus I will be giving 2 meals of frozen green food, emerald entree and formula 2 today. Of course there is some algae in the tank even though I cleaned some nuisance algae off during the transfer. Anyway here are some pics. They are at a distance since the guys are skittish if I get too close to the tank.

Aw, thank you Uncle99! Yes, I was trying to create peaceful and relaxing. However I did intentionally throw a few elements of discord just to create a bit of dichotomy. Look in the left side of the kelp and you will see a ribbonfish with sharp teeth. Then down along the sand in the middle of the tank is an anglerfish. Finally in the rockwork in front of the largest leafy dragon is a saber tooth dinosaur skull. I tried to keep them subtle enough to not be glaring so that the overall feel of the tank was peaceful and relaxing. It's my way of dealing with the tension of wanting a serene peaceful fish tank but always wondering when something is going to disrupt that peace, ha ha!View attachment 32414180View attachment 32414179
