Just looking around on NY Aquatic today. It looks like this pair of crosshatch triggers is $799:

Absolutely love this fish. I saw one at the Long Beach Aquarium that was at least a foot long, total showstopper.

I saw a pair in person for the first time the other day here in Michigan, both about 7-8". They are stunning! They wanted 1K for the pair.

They are pretty sweet looking. I'd love to have a 500+ gallon tank with room to keep larger aggressive fish. I like the look of the Kiri triggers too.

I don't know if I'd drop that kind of cheese for a pair of triggers though.

Haha not for me. I had a 4" male and I liked him but was a timid fish like most triggers are that are similar (blue throat, golden back, sargassum ect) what I don't love about crosshatch is the fact they get so large. They also seem to never stay whatever sex they started at when multiples are involved. I would like to get a small Mauritius trigger some day
