ouch...that sucks. You haven't had much luck with fish lately huh? Wishing the best for you.

It's been in qt, no meds because there has been no signs of anything. Except prizipro I haven't treated her with anything. She seems to be more alert but still in hiding which is not like her. Just outside the 14 day guarentee, by 3 days. I'm beginning to wonder the way in which these fish were collected.

Everybody with fish from that first shipment is reporting ich now, Im slowly bringing my salinity down for hypo, no way mines any different. I did notice a few spots today so better safe then sorry.

I haven't noticed anything on my first 8 line at all and I was checking her out today. Will be keeping a close eye on her now...may not be going in the DT this weekend after all, haha.

Oops I though you were talking to me Peter, Hah. I didn't even notice anything on this fish until Mike and Terry said something. Upon close inspection, sure enough. Fish is acting fine and eating really well so hopefully it wont be a big deal. Ill keep you guys updated.

I have managed to get a pair reserved , they are in quarenteen at lfs and will be the first additions to my new reef . They are very rare here in the uk so I am very happy I got a pair after 2 years of asking , the lfs says its been 7 years since he saw a pair

Congrats! That's interesting to hear, since I would have thought your proximity to the Red Sea would make for better availability.

Mine came down with it too this morning, still in QT but doesnt look good.

its like white mucus covering the fish. spots too but i dont know it could also be its mucus cocoon form sleeping because it hasent swam since waking up. this sucks. when i asked mike about it in an email he said weird usually it shows right up. well it didnt. and there are fish next to and under it(tank location on tank rack) that are fine and recieved the exact same treatment and but the fish form NYA is sick as hell. i will admit its strange. he went from swimming around and eating no sick and lathergic over night. 1 day fine the next sick as a heck. I just dont know what to do this sucks.
