Hi all this is my 8ft build I started last year, I upgraded from a jewel 400 that was running a HOB skimmer.

Tank dimensions are 2400x700x650
Sump 1600x400x400

Deltec sc2060 skimmer
Deltec carbon and phos reactor
Deltec calcium reactor
2x mp60

Running 2x 1200mm giesmann infinity 250w 20k
Weekly water changes with dupla salt

Thanks for the comments, I'm hooked big time on the coloured sticks after having mainly softies in my old tank, problem is you can't get a lot of the awsome sps you guys get in the states, one day hopefully someone will bring them into Nz!

New Zealand has always been one of my favourite places in the world to visit. Did you take any special precautions when setting up the tank to mitigate seismic activity? The stand definitely looks beefy and has some sweet cross bracing

Yer the stand is a beast wasn't taking any risks with quakes, probably weighs as much as the tank haha, I had the tank euro braced and cross braced just to make sure it had some extra support
