Looks Great!!!! How are the earthquakes in your area? Still getting any?

Havnt had any in a while (touch wood) this tank has been through a mag 5.7 didn't loose any water, my other tank on the other hand was like a tsunami was mopping up for 3 hrs after one quake to have it happen again the next week!!

Your tank looks amazing! How big of a water-change do you do weekly?

I do 150-200l weekly with Dupla Marin salt

yer it is but ive seen the best results doing it this way, only takes 30min max

I am amazed! I have family that live in Lyttelton, their place has been completely red zoned. What does your stand look like? Any extra reinforcements?

I made the stand from wood so it acted as a bit if a damper, legs are 100x100 posts and the rest is 4x2, all held together by 5mm angle iron and screws, also the back and sides of stand are cross braced and skinned in plywood

I totally forgot you posted pictures of the building process lol. I love the placement of the tank too, right next to the dinner table.
