90 gal rr question

i currently have a my tank stocked with a few sps frags, zzo'z and lps and am running 2 seio 820's and a maxi jet 1200(nozzel sawed off) on a aquacontroller jr in ocilatting mode for random current. i am looking to go to all sps and a few lps. what would be the best tunze pump(s) to get to not have too much flow for the lps.

What kind of LPS, Favia types will handle much more flow than Euphyllias.

Euphyllias. frogspawn, hammer, torch, grape.

I really don't recommend the Streams. A wavebox, maybe a 7400/2 or a seaswirl.

what is the 7400/2?

It is a turbelle electronic, it is a more traditional powerhead but it also features a relatively broad flow, the outlet is 1" in diameter. These pumps are also controllable.
