I talked with a young man over the weekend that is selling his reef setup. He seemed like a pretty nice fellow with a decent deal so I thought would spread the word a bit about his tank.
I haven't seen any of the equipment or tank in person but here's what's for sale:
- 90 gallon drilled tank (not sure if it's AGA, Perfecto, etc.)
-Oak stand (he said he didn't have a chiller and fans were mounted in the canopy)
- Protein skimmer (from what I gathered over the phone it's an in-sump skimmer)
-dual metal halides (not sure of wattage but they are mogul based)
-Return pump (again, not sure of brand or size but I imagine it would be at least as much as the overflow could stand)
-45 gallon sump
He didn't act like he wanted to part the stuff out but you never know. Also, the livestock from this setup has already been traded into the pet shop.
He is asking $800 OBO. I don't know the specifics of the equipment but just trying to help the guy out. If you would like his number, please send me a pm. He is located in Montevallo.
