Well, Stand is complete. Painting back of 90g tonight. As soon as magnets come in I can complete front panel for stand (wont be doors, will just be a trimmed panel with magnets to stick it on).

Plumbing tomorrow along with leak test and Order from BRS for the Rock.

Getting 2 Ocellaris clowns (wanted black onyx but cant afford) and a Helfrichi Firefish into the 2x 20 gallon quarantines on Friday.

Oh, and here's the stand for the Dual 20 gallon Quarantine tanks, 1 long and 1 tall.

And Pic is older, I know there is no cross braces or foam under lower 20g, there is currently though.

Damn.. Put bulkheads in tank, plumbed pvc below tank and filled overflow with water to check for leaks from bulkheads.. Have a leak in the silicone :(

Water was seeping under the overflow into the tank - luckily i had aquarium silicone leftover from the sump. Now i gotta wait 24-48 again to do another leak-test.. at least on the plus side, the bulkheads and plumbing didnt leak...

Seems like leaks always happened. I had leak tested mine, fixed a couple of leaks on the overflow box and it was good. Moved it into the house hooked up all the plumbing, had a slight leak and tightened everything and cracked the damn bulkhead. LOL lesson learned for me. Only hand tight then a bit more with pliers. Sounds like you are making good progress.

What PVC glue did you use ?

Its oatey pvc primer + glue for potable water. Read a couple of places its the one to use, just let it dry for at least an hour.. it dried for 24 hours before it had water in it.

It's loud as hell right now. Don't have a 45 degree elbow and a foot of pipe on drain side so water drops a good foot or so into sump.

Don't wanna glue last part until filter socks and holder come in so I know exactly where to put it.

But I stuck a foam sponge over the bottom part of drain above sump so water goes through sponge and collects debris from the tank

Ignore the messy cables, just running some powerheads and such to get as much flow as i can and knock junk off.

Haven't mounted the power-strip under the stand yet. Had a problem in apartment not having a GFCI outlet. Went to Home Depot and they have something you can plug directly into outlet and plug power strip into that that is a GFCI so all wasnt lost!
