90 Gallon Custom Tank... Build Thread!

I still need to rout out a little section on my middle baffle before I can glue it in...

I got Weld On 16 because I want to over do the seams... I don't want 50 gallons of water on the floor

Ummm I came across something interesting... 2 Dursos will not fit into the overflow... The 1.5" PVC is too big. What should I do?

Do you really need two drains? I have a 1.5" drain on my 180. It works fine. I do prefer a slower flow through the sump (800-900gph), I'm sure it can handle what you need for a 90

I'm doing 1 drain to the sump one drain to the fuge...
I guess I could go down to 1" but I already have the 1.5" stuff =(

Dont do the 1"... I wish I would have gone with 1.5"

I just cut about 1/4" off of the elbow... works perfectly now lol

What size hole to I drill for a PH probe?
How about a Float Switch? Anyone have an Actual Size Diagram I can print out and use that as a Template?
