$900+ worth of order ... almost a week waiting!

so explain to me, why is my order not shipped yet? i understand holidays and all that but i placed my order on the 21st.... my order number is 100624799

never had problems with my past orders but this one?!?! makes me think twice on ordering from you EVER AGAIN :mad2:

EDIT: emailed customer service twice (second one just a few mins ago, previous one was a few days ago) ... never received a reply on any of them!

Unfortunately my records indicated that there was an item on backorder on your order, we normally email and will hold onto an international order with a backorder until the item arrives and ship the order complete. Oh, I double checked too a few days ago if all the items were available and they were all "usually ships the next business day", so thats why I was disappointed. Well, whats good is it has already shipped and I got a good discount too. Thanks again!
