9002 pump not working

went to clean the collection cup yesterday and noticed the skimmer not working. After further inspection seems the pump is not working. It is the 800.04 A . I have soked it in vinegar for 12 hours and still does nothing when pluged in. Looking for quick fix because tank now has no skimmer. Any ideas what I can do to get it running again? I think that I have had it maybe 2 years, Love the skimmer just wish it was working.

If it is less than 2 years old, if you send it in we will repair or replace it under warranty. If it is more than 2 years old, you can order a new pump for about $40 from Tunze.com or Premium Aquatics.

thanks rvitko. Anyway to find out if it is less than 2 years old or not? My memory sucks and I can't find any of the paperwork for it.

You would need the receipt, if you can remember where you bought it, they may be able to reprint or email the receipt.
