9010 Damaged in shipping?

I received my 9010 skimmer on Monday, and it has been in operation since then. Foam is being produced, but it is not rising up into the collection cup. I opened the air valve all the way, and it still wouldn't rise. I took the skimmer apart, and it appears to me the the clear tube that the outlet of the pump fits into has broken away from the side of the housing. Is this tube supposed to be attached to the housing?

Yes, it should have a black piece that is glued to the side of the skimmer body. If it is broken shoot me a PM and we will swap the body.
