Moving on Up
Hi Roger,
I recently purchased a 9010 skimmer from a fellow member of this site. The skimmer was advertised as only being a couple months old. When I got it today I followed the directions in the manual to take it apart because I wanted to inspect the condition. On the top of the pump it appears the piece that should be attached to the housing that the air hose goes into was glued. The piece the air hose goes into is actually in 2 pieces and I think the one piece should be permanent on the pump. The other thing I noticed was it appears the person could not get the housing that covers the impeller off and pried it with a screwdriver bending back a little of the plastic. What do you think about this? Should I see if the person will return my money? I paid $230.00 for it.
I appreciate your help. BILL
