9010 height needed to remove cup

hi...i have 23" max in my stand...

just looking to see how much is needed to remove the cup since the reactor is part of it...
and whats the maximum water height in the sump for the skimmer to work well considering the skimmer has the ouput tube also...

It will work for sure, the riser tube is 3.25" tall.
