9010 impellar needs to be replaced

Roger... ive been using the 9010 for sometime now. Its been working well. Last week it froze on me and i went to take it apart to clean, but the impellar was stuck in the unit. In my frustration I yanked a little too hard and broke the impellar. I cant get it out to replace it. Its in shambles now. Can i send it to you to get refurbished?

Roger... The 9010 has worked really well over the years and the footprint cant be beat. Your customer service is superb as well. Because of this I went ahead and bought the new 9011 and will keep the 9010 as back-up. Take your time with the fix. Also in the event the 9010 pump will one day need replacing, what are my options?

We got in the last 9010 motors they had last week, I have 3 of them, but the 9011 pump is a direct retrofit.

Are those available for purchase? Because if they are, ill buy one along with what im charged to fix my old pump. Ive sent it off and you should be receiving it soon. Its gonna need a new impellar at the very least.

I would upgrade it to the 9011 pump, it is about the same price. We have them in stock.
