I just got a new 9010 skimmer from Marine Depot. I got it set up on the hanging brackets in a sump compartment that maintains a constant water level and plugged it in - nothing. I took it apart per the directions and can't find anything wrong. There is current going to the motor because I can feel a very faint vibration but nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this that might know how to fix it? I can't believe it's not working right out of the box so I hope I'm just doing something wrong. Thanks in advance.
