9010 stops making skimmate

My 9010 stopped making skimmate 2 weeks ago. The foam only rises to half of the cup; can't reach the top. The blue air screw is removed. I took the skimmer apart to make sure the air tube was not pinched/loosen. Everything seems right but still can't get it rises to the top of the cup. Water level in sump is 7.5". There are water coming out of the skimmer from both the sponge pipe and hole on back.

Have you cleaned it lately? The neck needs to be kept clean to work properly.

Yes, it is cleaned. It used to work very well until 2 weeks ago.

Did you add anything new(new supplement, food) or do a water change?
