The "male" piece inside the female portion of the nozzle that matches what I sent you should be glued to the end of the impeller housing.

Okay, I think I got it now. I need to glue the Male/Female portion of the nozzle to the impeller housing correct.

It should look just like the picture, what I sent you comes off, the rest is one piece. The airline inserts in. The only part you need to glue is the part that came off in the piece I sent you.

Roger, glued the piece on. Along with that and the larger impeller the skimmer is working great, 24 hours operation and 100ml of skim. Thanks again for all your help. Customer support top notch.

Rodger i am having the same exact issued that the OP is having with his 9015, When i dissassembled it i noticed that i had the 'bell shaped housing' as well, I did not have the part that you noted in your picture. Im assuming the same thing is wrong with my skimmer. No matter what i do i just cant get this thing to skim. Would you be able to send me the peices that you sent the op to Fix this issue? this is just very frustrating.

Ps i have assembled this thing everyway possible following all the skimmer threads in this forum and nothing works, Please help!

ok cool, also i am getting a good head of foam about 3/4s of they way up the cup. What it seems like is that if i had the 9010 colletion cup that i would be getting some good skimmate. dont know if that means anything to you though

Did you place a tunze.com order for osmo parts? If so I will send a couple parts with the order that will get you going.

So my skimmer is deffinetly working better but i still cant get over 100ml of skimmate in 1 week, all my lines are not clogged and sealed as i have tested them . i have tried everything. Im thinking that impeller that you gave to the OP must have really made a diffrence as well. When will you be getting more in?? i would love to get one to improve my skimmate

I am working on it, I was hopeful they would arrive this week but they sent me the wrong one. They said they would mail me the correct one this week.
