Little update:
The tank has been cycling since Monday and the rocks r starting to get that nice brown fuzzz. Hopefully will be adding my live sand this weekend and doing some water tests.

Well haven't updated in a while so here we go.
Got the tank full and cycling for about two weeks now.
Here is the view from the back of the wall in the fish room:
You can see my light rack. In the center is the return from the chiller going through the wavy sea.
Her are my overflows:
I made them like the Hofer Gurgle Buster. I used 1 1/2 pipe with 3 X 1 1/2 reducers for more flow.

Took a few shots of the Tunze 9420 in action:
Took about 3 day's to finally get it broken in but after that its working great.

Right now I have my tester Damsel for about a week and a half and is doing real good will be adding one more fish some snails and crabs tonight.

Here is an update. I added my sand in the tank over the weekend and some more fish:
I added a Flame angel, Coral beauty, vlamingi tang and a pajama cardinal from my original tank:

Im sorry only the pajama cardinal is from my original tank so far.
