Did some more work tonight on the tank. Put a vinyl shower liner under my sump/ecosystem:

Glued it down on the cement and wall boards with tile adhesive.
Added 3/8 thick foam pad to help level tank and for vibration on pumps:

Will be adding (2) 2X4 in front to make a step. Will add a flood sensor in the pan which will hopefully help out with any water leaks.

Tomorrow will have some equipment pics of my (3) pumps and hopefully some plumbing.

Well I picked up my pumps. 3 pumps all together:

2. Blueline 40 HD-X to feed (2) return lines

3. Tunze 1073 pump feeding my om-4way for closed loop.

Here are some pix of my Georg Fischer ball valves:

Decided to go with all schedule 80 pvc.

Nice Build. What a great upgrade. Love the positioning of the tank too. Your the first person on RC that I have seen that will be running a DOC 9420, what made you decide on this skimmer? I can't wait to see how it performs.

Hey amehelo thanks for the compliment.

JRaquatics, thank you also. I decided to go with the 9420 because I like everything Tunze makes. They make great products and also I wanted to try something new and my lfs recommended me the 9020 but I heard the 9420 was coming out and decided to try this one. I cant wait to see it perform also!!

Also got in my loc-lines on Friday:

Got some egg crate or drop ceiling light cover and cut it to size leaving about one inch on the side.

Hopefully in the morning everything will be fine
 Will update on that tomorrow.

Well i gave the rock wall a couple of days to dry and cure and today i finally got around to putting it in the tank and attaching it to the over flow box:
