93 gallon cube

My mother always told me that you don't have to know how to do something, you just have to know someone who knows how to do it. The Calvary showed up last night!!!!

WOW. I LOVE the aquascape. Kudos for going overkill on the light, just like me, LOL! Honestly, with LEDs, overkill is the name of the game. More units run at lower intensity seems to be where its at. Looking forward to progress!

I was hoping to buy the tank and accessories correctly the first time. I feel like it will put me on the best path for success.

Your moving pretty quick. Make sure you give the tank proper time to cycle before adding livestock. Aquascape looks great. Nice and balanced.

I appreciate the advice and compliment. I am definitely going to be waiting for the cycle.. I will be picking up some testing equipment this weekend and keeping a log.

Looks awsome when I saw that tank at the store I was impressed by the dimensions one day ill upgrade my 30 rimless to something like this

You gotta give me more than that...what was your thought?

Sorry, I got stix on the brain. What I was going to say was although I love your aquascape, you gotta keep in mind that corals will add to the scape as well. That very top rock you have there, I would remove it and it would be the perfect place for a coral colony, ideally a branching SPS or even a sinularis leather or something, so that the corals contribute to the scape. Personally, I think it's a great place to,grow out a nice stag, or similar. You definitely have the light and flow for it. I think sometimes we pay too much attention to how the hard scape looks from the start, rather than plan for how the scape will look like when corals grow out. Hope that helps, and I don't want too force too much of my own opinion and preferences down your throat, LOL! But there you have it. You asked:beer:

Very much appreciated....I love the idea of a feature piece in place of the top rock. We positioned the rock in order to place frags throughout the hardscape and allowing them to fill in. Now we play the waiting game. I figure it's going to be a couple of weeks until the cleanup crew arrives.

I have been testing the water and the ammonia spike has occurred and is now almost gone. I also added an ato r/o system. I am planning on adding two clowns and the cleanup crew this week.
