93 gallon cube

Take it slow. Still not sure about the canister filter? That is a weak-link in your almost perfect set-up and will certainly build nitrates in your system. In salt-water our biggest challenge is to manage Nitrates and Phosphates. My humble opinion... Other than that- looks sweeet....

The only other suggestion would be is to not get fish that jump. You will want to put a blue-spot jawfish or even a wrasse or two. Eventually you will find them carpet surfing with all that flow and no lid on the top. Ask if the fish jumps and if so, do not waste your money or emotions. Again, my humble opinion. Good luck and nice tank!!! I am in Parkland if you need anything PM me...

Thank you for the suggestions. I did purchase the glass lid however I am not planning on the jumpers. I like the open top and it is supposed to help with the tank temperature so I have not installed it yet.

The pump I am using is the lifegard 4000 991gph

I love the aquascape"¦ looks cool. I just saw this tank at the Pembroke Pines AllPets, and almost pull the trigger. I'm toying with the idea of planning an upgrade from my 72g (summer project), and this cube size seems perfect. Tagging along"¦ Thanks for sharing.

I will not be adding anything to the cube for a few weeks. Going to be working on getting our office tank back in shape. It had spindle weed take over the tank. All the rock will be removed and cleaned. Once the rock is reinstalled we will be making several coral purchases.

Looking good. I agree with others. Cannister filter is not needed, and the aquascape, although awesome looking limits you since there is not room for growth.

Keep up the good work, and please continue to share.
