Actually you might be right. I didn't have any rocks in the tank yet and the trigger might of not found a good place to settle/hide. I was told by many that some rock and some sand will help but I was so busy I couldn't handle it in time.
Lesson learned..
Congratulations on going through with a plan that i am sure many people here would like to put in motion but are far too scared to do!
Triggers wedge themselves into rock work at night and a completely bar tank could have stressed it to death.
Amazing tank, can't wait to see it up and running.
Nahham,
Absolutely beautiful, shukran for sharing brother. I will keep visiting this thread.
Congrats Nahham,I have voted for you.
You got my vote, nahham.
Is the water clearing slowly, or not at all?
That's great! What a unique set of hitchhikers. Could they have come in with the water, somehow? It seems we have a school of tiny sardines in the tank. I am not sure how they got in there.

Astonishing!
You are the engineering here!
The design is superb!
Your Refugium is Crazy!
Totally love it!
When will we see some current pics?
Thank you for sharing your little project with the community. I hope to do a system a quarter of that size in my next home and will certainly be keeping an eye on this thread for ideas like circulation and also to see how your filtration scheme works out for you.
If you have not yet contacted Joe Yaiullo (justjoe) for ideas you should. He built his 20,000 gallon reef from the ground up and may be able to shed some light on what things have worked and those that have not.
Best of luck!
Do you have a species list of what your adding?
