a bit OT but UV Bulbs for Home AC

I know its a bit off topic but does anyone work with home ac units and UV bulbs.
I have a Fresh Aire UV system and need new bulbs (2) I would like the odorsplice bulbs also. anyone have a line on being able to get them. unfortunately you need to be a licenced AC person to buy them...
the ballast for them is a TUVP-1D-1
