A. chrysogaster pics.

Chris and John,

Answering across two threads :)

If I remember correctly the Female arrived with the Male in my avatar late 2003/early 2004 along with 2 much smaller Juvies. The male took out the 2 juvies in late 2004 after months of good natured colonial behavior :(

Male in avatar died in late 2005/early 2006 of unknown complications and was replaced with a small juvie MarinaP conditioned.

A few tank moves with the same rock, anemones, and Tunze ReefPack.

Junior, put on a growth spurt over the first few months paused, and another growth spurt in the last 60 days which brings us up to today ;>)

Sorry for the small pic, but what do you guys think, melanistic gaster? Btw, it has not had a host anemone in over a year.

I'm thinking melanistic tricinctus.

looks just like the adult pair my lfs had about a month ago, they were riddle with brook:(

How big is your new pair? Do you think they are mature enough to spawn any time soon? You are planning to breed these, right?
Sorry for all the questions. It's just that most of us can only fantasize about owning a pair like that. They are beautiful fish.

Chris, nice gasters. I think I remember those from L.A. a few months back. Are those the ones I'm thinking of?

Nice pair, I may have missed it but what size tank do you have them in and what size are the gasters?
