O.K all new thread to keep everyones minds thinking about what to do next!

I read all the threads that interest me when I'm bored at work and can't imagine how much knowledge I've picked up off of fellow reefers. Currently I've got a vibrant but week as far as high end corals go reef tank. I'm really more about big fish. Also have a 11x3x 2.5"show tank"

So now to get to the point:!-

This is an in-floor pond that will be around 1200 gallons, will be a new home to my; smoothound pair- both are around 30 inches, 24 in red emperor, cali ray, and horn shark 18 or so. These guys are outgrowing the 11x3x2.5 tank there in now and I'm adding on to my house so this room/floor is perfect for me to destroy and make even another resale problem! The pond will be in the area of 9x9x2.5 deep but only filled 24 inches due to the sharks "exploring up the sides". I live 1/2 mile from an area where we can catch sharks, rays, bait/live food, all kinds of feeder clear shrimp. Hoping to add a bonnethead and possibly a smaller blacktip once my current guys are established, also may add some local rays if I have the time to get them to eat (tried one last fall but it was too hard to feed him with all the tangs and other fish in the big tank).

Here's a few pics:

1-600#'s keys live rock stablizing in an extra 125 gal right now- notice the FRAGILE THIS END UP ON THE BOXES! It's dense rock so it's all ok but what a joke- first time dissapointed with fedex. Plus it didin't come till 7 pm.... uh

You cut a hole in your floor to put a shark pond in? Simply amazing!!!!
These are the projects people think about, but very very few do. Congratulations!
