A few from my tank.

I'm going to post new stuff here as I shoot it, but it could be weeks between updates. Even stationary snails are fast in my world.
Now I've got a thread to post in so here are two pictures to start with and more to follow of course.

nice shots...sharp. Wow, either that cleaner goby is tiny or that Copperband is HUGE!

Strange, looking at the dorsal fin of the firefish. Mine had a way different pattern to it. More like that of a hotrod car! Come to think of it mine was a Purple firefish. Guess there are many difference between the Purple and regular ones. For me I never even noticed the detail until I was zooming in on some of his pics. Amazing the stuff we see due to this hobby!

Looking forward to more of your stuff.

They're both nice shots but that copperband/neon goby shot is awesome! Looking forward to seeing more of your shots.

These are all shot with Canon 100mm lens. Usually low F numbers and fast shutter speed for fish since they are moving targets. Macro shots are the opposite since you want to gain some depth of field in you target.

I've no magic formula for my reef photograps and I use various lenses, lights and methods to get acceptable results.

Sunlight in my tank is rare, but here it's used as main light with some actinics backlighting.
