A few new install questions

Hi all
I've got most of my issues worked but...
I try to install the Pro control software from the supplied CD and the web download but it's displaying in what appears to be 3 different languages other than english. What am I overlooking?

Secondly: I have the Plus II with Conductivity/Redox board. The BNC connectors are not labeled. Can someone tell me which is which or will either recognize the probe attached?

Third and last: I cant locate the cal menu for the above mentioned.

I have searched and read and searched for hours before posting these questions.

In regards to the board, am i assuming you have the dual redox/salinity card? or the profiLux plus II EX controller? But the EX and the upgrade PLM card will be marked always so very confused.

Until I know what you have I cant answer the third.

Hi

CD - we don't ship a CD with ProfiLuxControl, so I don't know what CD you have and what the contents is. Maybe you are talking about the PLM-USB driver? However, visit our download page.
BNC not labeled - simple reason: no space for labeling. The positions are defined in the manual which is shipped with the PLM-CondS-Redox: "The upper, back standing BNC plug is used to connect the redox electrode, the lower, out sticking BNC plug is used to connect the conductivity electrode. Please ensure not to swap these connectors!"
Calibration menu - press buttons up or down until you see "Redox" or "Conduct.", then press enter. Now select "Calibration". Hint: this menu is only visible if probes are connected to both BNC connectors

I downloaded Profiluxcontrol II version 3.0.8.1. When I start the install there is no english option. I'm confused.

Also when I connect the Profilux serial cable to my puter and power up the Profilux I get bars on the display. Not the normal bootup.

plug the power adapter to the profilux then plug it into the mains wall socket.

The English version is at the top of the softare in language
