A few things for Sale

Since upgrading the flow in my tank, and deciding that I want to pursue an SPS only tank. I have a few things I'm looking to sell.

Green Bubble Tip Anemone - ($40)
- 4" in diameter when retracted... around 6-8" when fully extended.
- Has great color. I would love to keep it, but it only likes one spot in my tank, which happens to be right in the middle of my SPS frags... so it has to go.

Here it is fully extended (6-8"):

Standing by in my QT tank (4"):

Green/Yellow Sinularia Flexibis ($30):
- 6-8" tall when fully extended, and about 3-4" in diameter.
- Was my favorite coral, but just does not like the high flow in my tank since switching to MJ mods.

Here it is standing by in QT:

Purple/Pink Toadstool Leather - ($15)
- About 1-1/2" in diameter
- Will change colors depending on the intesity of the lighting. More purple under less intense. More tan/pink under higher intensity.

Triad T5 HO Ballast: 2-54w - ($30)
- Used for about a month on a frag tank setup.

what kind of bulb are you using and what size is that tank?

Thank you.

It's a 90g tank.

I use a 6 x 54w T5 retrofit kit w/ SLR reflectors, and overdrive the bulbs with IceCap ballasts.

man everything is so clear, clean and crisp.

no "wash out"

Is it just a normal 90?

Im amazed at those two large islands you have... are they just smaller pieces like softballs?

Just a normal 90... The only difference, is that I have an internal coast to coast overflow on it.

The islands are primarily built out of smaller pieces, but the foundation pieces are pretty large.

What lights will you be running now that you are switching things over?

TJ, if you like the sinularia it will get accustomed to the new flow after a week or so. It is good at adapting to different flow and lighting. If you are just looking to get out of softies and into all SPS then sell it off

Same lighting... my tank was about 75% SPS already.

I should have been a little more specific... It adapted to the flow like you said, but the flow is so strong it blows the sinularia to the point it's almost horizontal.

I was going to move it to my 30g tank and turn it into a softy reef, but since I'm upgrading to the 220, I've pretty much scrapped those plans.
