A kind of white spot

Hi all
I have 200 g marine tank with tangs and angels. I have a white spot problem about 1 year.but it is different mind of spot that appears at night and diappear durning day.I usually see them on new fishes.my old fishes have little.
spots disappeared during summer because of 30 degrees celcius but now they began to seem again.
has anybody experienced this kind of spot and what can I do to solve this problem.

Photos? Might be a sign of ich. 30 Celsius generally kills them.
