I have 3 corals that seem pail as if it may bleach out but still have a lot of color and very well alive. all perimeters seem to be in check. Stable temp between 77.-78F. I'm thinking it may be a chemical warfare between corals. No parasites, pail looks over the complete corals not just the base or tips. My question is do I leave the lights off to prevent from burning them while they are pail and irritated. Already did a small water change today and a few days ago.

I honestly think the only thing I can do is water change a little here and there over the next few days and maybe give the corals a break from the light so they don't fry. Any opinions or suggestions?

They are a few macro that will go sexual and make a tank cloudy fast.. I think Caulerpa is one of them.

Need a bunch more information. First, what, if anything, have you changed in the past few weeks? Second, provide detailed parameters: ammo, nitrite, nitrate, Ca, kH, salinity, temp, and most importantly, pH. Third, how old is the tank? What is the bioload? Lighting schedule. Tank size... You probably get the picture.
Especially with SPS, it's impossible to diagnose an issue without detailed information. That said, pale or bleaching SPS are often the result of nutrients that are too low or lighting that is burning them. Unless you have a cloudy tank, I'd rule out your caulerpa going sexual or chemical warfare (unless you have a leather or two).

Well it did get a little cloudy. Although water is squeaky clean and very well replenished. I checked perimeters which all seemed acceptable. I have cheato, dragons breath, another piece of some that idk what its called. But still mostly cheato. Oh and a golf ball sized red sponge. BTW everything still is alive... Doesn't look like its stressed as much anymore. Maybe everything will go back to normal. I did lower my lights to prevent from burning them while they were stressed

Are you using a phosphate media removal? If so, by running too much GFO it may have something to do with your corals being bleached. This happened to me, and that was my fix. Correct me if I am wrong guys, but bleaching can be due to coral starvation right?
