A pic of my 75 g today 1 year details.

Me too.
I have put my last few fish right into my tank. But these are going to qtank. Just dont want to risk bringing ich.

I hear ya... I would have done a QT tank but for some reason *cough cough, LAZY cough cough* I didn't set one up.... BUT I still might.. incase a fish gets sick... otherwise.. i have no more new additions to my small , small , soon to be reef.

I cant wait for corals!! ahhhhh

I got my coral from Dr Mac today and my fish from Pet Solution.
They are all very nice, the coral is great, the fish are really nice , healthy and the lawnmower blenny is huge. No pics of the fis yet because they r in my qtank. But heres a pic of my maze coral

if im not mistaken... LB's eat pods...

love the coral buddy , very nice... take a shot of your grammas in the QT!

congrats on your healthy purchases! glad everything shipped well.

Lawnmowers love hair alge. Mine also ate flake foods from time to time. I wouldn't worry about it right now; he's still adjusting to his new home. It is not uncommon for fish to not eat for the first few days.

My Vho lighting is about 2-3" from the water , I have a piece of plexi over the tank where the lights are to protect the lights.

We went away last night to take some fall pictures. When I got home today 1 day later, I found 1 sea swirl with the elbow blown off again, water shooting striaght down on a Staghorn , all color blown off one arm of the staghorn, and a broken arm on the staghorn , probably from where the elbow hit it. I think the turbo snails are the problem, I think I might get rid of all Turbo snails, has anyone gotten rid of their turbos? I also think I might glue the elbow to the sea swirl some way.

Any other problems, or for the most part is your tank/fish and corals ok! This mishap didn't cause any other issues, did it?

Thanks. I do not think anyhting negative happened other then Staghorn injury. Everything was good this am.

I have put the lawnmower in my main tank from qtank, ammonia was raising too much in q tank with 3 . I also heard back from sea swirl , he said it is ok to glue the elbow on the se swirl so it doesnt push off, it will just not be servicable if it breaks, which is fine with me, I would rather have to get a new one then have the end blow off again.
