A pic of my 75 g today 1 year details.

Hi 143
Not really , its going good. I moved a pretty big rock to the sump to make more room in the front of tank, thats about it. I have been really busy with work and I just got a set of Novatron studio lights, so I have been spending tons of time on learning studio lighitng photography.

Ahhh... We see.... You have another passion right now and the fish are taking a quick 2nd... Don't hurt there feelings to much, make sure you pay them a little attention with some studio pictures of the tank for us to see.:)

Pictures... Pictures... Pictures...:bounce1: :bounce2: :bounce3:

I like how you have lots of open water. I hate it when people just stack up live rock against the back wall to the point that their 75g tank only holds like 30g of water.

Yep, I went for the more open look as well. My old 55g was pretty full, even though it did not look to bad, I think I still prefer something along the line of an open look with good coral placement.

RJ your monti cap is very nice, so is this the rest of the tank. The reason I mention the monti section is that I have three color monti section on the right hand side of my tank , but I do not like my monti section. I like the left side of my tank , but I am tired of the right side. My orange monti is way tooo big, my purple one is not very colorful , and my green one grows too slow so you cannot see it. So I think I want to remove it all and replace with I do not know yet. I need to take pics so you can see.

When I moved tanks the Orange and Brown cap all came out with the one big rock, I then just set the green cap in there and now it has encrusted with all them thar caps over there. I like it, here is a look at the one big rock with the brown and orange.

this might have already been answered, but why does your signature say you have 2 175w MH, but on like page 4 you said you only have VHO lighting?

Tony, a year ago your tank insipired me to set-up my own 75 g. I've continued to follow your tank this last year and it's just getting better.

Here is a picture of my tank on it's 1st birthday.

Fantastic tank, I have a 90G Oceanic in my garage awaiting the stand, if mine looks half as good as yours I'll be happy :)

Thanks everyone for the kind words :D

I have 10 fish in the tank  a bit on the high side, but I have a good skimmer and I do weekly water changes. I have a Purple, Yellow, Blue and Kole Tang ( they all get along great), Flame Angel, six-line, 2 Perculas, Royal Gramma and a Chromi.

Got some time today to work on my tank. All water perams tested perfect , except nitrate at 5, but I am ok with 5 no higher, its usually 2.5. I tested my water change water too, it reads 5 nitrate, time to clean the container ( I havnt cleaned it in 2 years). I also had to recalibrate my Ph probe for my calcium reactor it was off .25 . I removed 1/2 of my orange monti and all my green and purple monti cap. Now I need to figure out what to replace them with, then I will remove the other half of my orange monti. I also changed my Mh form 10k to 15k. But havnt gotten to see them on much yet.
Hopefully tomorw mornng I can get some pics when the lights are on and post them, maybe someone can help me pic something to put where the monti caps are.
