A question for the seasoned anemone keepers

My sebae anemone is acting kind of weird. At night, he extends fully, then during the day, the retracts to half the size. Why would he be doing that? it's impossible that he has too much light, because he's only under pc's and flourescents.

I have had my anemone for 9 mths and when I got him, he did the same thing for about a month and a half, then suddenly for no reason he seemed to have gotten his schedule right

I have several anemones all have settled into their little niches but my Pink Tipped Haitian Anemone, he is till moving around the tank trying to find his own space. Just leave him alone, don't bother him you have to remember the stress they go through before they get a good stable home

The expanding at night,could be due to less oxygen being present than during daylight hours.

i tried to get some good pictures, but i can't get an good tank pics, i'm a horrible photographer. i'm going to try to feed him at night and see what happens.
