A tubs blues question?

What do tubs blues like as far as lighting and flow? They are under 72 watts pc in a 14 gallon.Everything else in the tank is doing perfect and i have heard these can be picky,please share your tubs blues experiences.

40"? How deep is your tank? I have mine fairly high but I'm only using (2) 65w PCs.

So would u guys recomend keeping them in the top half under 72 watts? I know most ppl have them under MH and keep them kind of low but how would that translate to under a lot weaker light?

They are picky as far as zoas go,atleast in this tank.

I've had mine under MH previously. I get much more growth under the T5s. But I have placed mine at just about every height under both lights and they stay the same color and grow just as fast.

I think tubs blues can be grown under any height. Mine are high up under 250w 14k. Polyp may stretch/be bigger if lower though. Test it out. They really aren't picky.

thanks for doing this for me deacs..its funny some are picky some arnt..one guy said his didnt open for 10 days!! Update.. they seem to like new light not too much flow..three polyps are trying to open on the middle shelf right now yaaay.. well see..i had to take the kedd redds down and back to sand bed..they didnt like mid high shelf!! try again tomorrow..they open immediatley on floor bed? weird
