A very very nice fishy.

Most of the zebrasoma variants just look diseased to me, just junk yard dog ugly but this one is very cool and unique looking. Awesome fish.

I think it's the distinct blotches of colors...the "graphic" appearance. Most, as you said, just look muddied...

I know there is one in David? Saxby's aquarium but does anyone else have one of these guys? It would be interesting to see different variations of this morph

I agree with the statement that some look crappy. I didnt think the ones on LA a while ago were very good looking.

i have a disorder, whatever is rare automatically looks beautiful to me
same boat 4 me.

2 months ago in Hong Kong there was an Acanthurus mata with the same coloration, just awsome.
Tangs wont get the same $$$ as Angels, but it was sold instantly for a pretty high price.

GORGEOUS!!! Completely amaaaaazzzzzzinnnnnnggggggg. Stunning, breath taking, incredibly awesome. I would like one. Can I find them in the keys??? :"-)

It looks like a tang that got confused and wanted to look like a Foxface but something happened in the process. Interesting I guess but not my cup of tea for what I'd like to keep in my own tank.

Personally I don't want to pay more for a fish with "broken color"- I find myself liking the blobbie and other variations of clowns but enjoy a normal looking fish just the same ;p

Only one like that in the world, and he got caught! You'd think coloring like that would be an advantageous mutation.

Yeah, David Saxby has a bunch of those mutant Zebrasomas in his tank. Someone re-posted the YouTube video of his tank earlier today.
