ABC Anniversary swap/sale Saturday 11/20

juanitas has great mexican food if your interested its about ten minutes from ABC reefs in liverpool ,let me know if you need directions etc .

Anyone have a reasonably large toadstool leather they want to part with? I was just up to ABC this afternoon and I didn't see much in the way of soft corals. I don't have much cash, but I would like to be able to add a large toadstool leather to my tank if it is a possibility.

How about some recommendations from locals for a couple of good places in Syracuse for lunch? I think I have talked my husband into the trip, but I'll have to see he gets a good meal.

Coppertop is worth a stop. Prices are reasonable and food is incredible!

I'll be at the swap, looking forward to meeting people!

The guys are ramping up. They're running specials and ordering stuff like crazy all week. It's killing me that I don't have a tank up and running today!

looking to get rid of a small advanced acrylics AIO frag tank (20"x15"x5") if anyone is interested. It would be a perfect setup for someone bringing frags to the swap!

My wife and I set up our first Reef tank, a little 28 g nano. I bought this online BEFORE I knew Syracuse had ABC Reefs. I went in there and broke into a smile, my hands started shaking and I made the goofy cooing sounds of a child! For those who are new to Reefing, or are just thinking about coming to the store, just do it, you won't be disappointed!

At the time, it was Tim, Dave and Jeremy helping me out. My tank was new, so they wouldn't sell me anything until it was ready. People have said it here before, but I'll say it again. This is their passion, not just out to make money, and will never sell you something you don't need, and will help you all along the way! We got the tank ready just in time for last years Swap! You know what else? We were contacted later that night and told that we won the Grandprize at the raffle!!! A 65 gallon set up. With Dave's awesome help, we're trying to get that up and running soon to fill up with all the frags we buy at the Frag Swap! So buy your raffle tickets! All you need is $5 and a dream!!

Dave ,i wish you the best with your "prized" tank and hopefully it will be up and running for the frag swap .new tanks are like a clean canvas stretched tightly on a frame to an artist !

just to inform anyone that may be concerned ,i was going to have a tank set up there with some extra room but had no requests for space so i probably will not be setting up a tank as i have three or four frags only myself . there is a pretty long list of others setting up tanks though so if your planning you will be able to find space .

Any chance anyone is bringing chaeto moss? I feel it's really overpriced anywhere locally I've found it. Would love a clump for my fuge.
