They should be the login and password for your ISP (smtp server) account. It looks like authentication is required for your ISP.

Setting the username and pass so that it is the same as my email i get this

set the port back to 25 and was playing around with the authen in auqanotes.. i dunno like 10 minutes later i tried telnet again and it works! I LOVE YOU GUYS THANKS! you prevented me from loosing it with this thing. THANKS KEN! CURT! EVERYONE!
