Acan eating another

I had fed my tank about an hour ago. Went back to look at it, and saw that the top acan had spewed something like a web. Covering the bottom (red/blue) acan with the web, melting 4-5 heads

They've been this position for about 1 year now.

It was just a matter of time the top one that is doing the attacking is an acan echinata the lower or victim is an acan lord only lords can touch each other. Echinatas are mean so the best thing to do is move it away from other corals or it will do the same thing again. Also if you dont move it fast it will eventually kill both of the acan lords that are by it.

Yeah, kinda sad. The bottom acan lord were one of my favorites

Luckily the echinata was on a plug, in a hole on the rock. Ripped the plug out and moved it to the sand bed. Need to find some place safe. Have too many acan lords' .

No such thing as to many lords i feel the need for more like drugs but a good idea moving it echinatas are thugs lol.
