Acans getting pink?

A couple of my acan lord frags are coloring up and really getting pink. Im not complaining, they look great and are growing good. But, non of them had any pink at the LFS. My tangerines were solid orange. So, why the change?

I had some weird morphing of colors switching to LEDS in Acans. Now that I'm back to MH all is back to normal. May have just been my experience but I you run LEDS that might have something to do with it.

I had some of my acans fade colors immensely under cheap LEDs. Now that I switched to ai Vegas though they have all colored back up nicely.

Both came from an LFS using MH, Im running quad T5s.

You maybe bleaching them with too much direct light.

I dont think so, because the orange is almost glowing. Its really hard to tell from the pic. Im using my crappy cell phone cam, but over all the intensity of color has gone up. I was just wondering why the pink is coming out. When I get home Ill try to find some pics from when I brought them home to compare.

seems to me like their reacting better to the t5's than the mh lighting. I don't usually mind color morphs. it is fascinating. nobody wants to see a great coral go ugly but it is neat to see that different parameters cause different color morphs
