I did a water change, these are in the bottom of the tank. 14 Gallon biocube stock lighting. I did a dip on them yesterday. all water test look normal
If pics don't show up I am sorry this thing won't let me post pics so i did the url thing.

Pictures won't show up from that site. Need to upload your pictures instead. if you're having trouble uploading pictures then they are too large of a file. Need to be less than 2mg, you can resize them using Microsoft Paint which is on any computer running any Windows platform.

Also please give your exact test numbers.

Thanks here are the pics

My ammonia is zero, my nitrates and nitrites are zero as well. my calcium and magnesium are perfect, thanks to a 5 gallon water change ( the tank is a 14 gallon nano biocube with stock lights) the only thing i am unsure of is the Alk ( KH) i just tested it thinking a water change would drop it if it were high. It tested as 161.1 or nine drops, if that is high how do i lower it

I really don't want to hear that something is perfect, or spot on or its within range. We need to know the actual numbers. We might see something that you're not seeing. There is a reason the test kits provide a number, otherwise a color test strip would be all that is needed.

No reason to be rude.

What are the exact numbers for everything? What test kits are you using?

I really wasn't being rude. There is a reason we ask for exact numbers to be able to help you or whomever is asking for the help. I don't understand why so many people give the same answers like you did. It's fine, or they're spot on, perfect, within specs... Those are not parameters and therefore we can't help someone giving that as an answer to what are your parameters.

Totally understand, I was stressed, and apologize. I am big inoto animals and such and hate to kill anything I receive. Which makes this hobby tough for a beginner like me. I watch my tanks and do my best but sometimes is a process of elimination. The acans for some reason seemed to be getting to much light in the 14 not sure why though. but when i put them in my 29 in the corners they jumped back and are full and have a little bit of movement to them and eat when spot feed. I can't explain what happened at all. my best guess is the light. I was just stressed and read it wrong. I do apologize for that.

Not a problem and I'm glad to hear your acans are doing better.

I would however get them fully acclimated to your lights and then get them into an area on the sand or close to it that has some moderate flow to it as well as the moderate lighting.

Here is a link to my tank's thread and you can see how and where I keep my acans, acans are my favorite corals :D http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2540376

I will be posting a lot more pictures on my thread this week as I've not posted in 2 months to it and have lots of changes/deaths occur :(

Today I've got a new fish coming got a Yellow Candy Hog Fish from DD can't wait to get it :D

Anyway last weekend I bought a bunch of new corals and an new anemone which is now hiding on the back side of a large rock. Hopefully it comes around to the front side of the rock as it's a really beautiful large rainbow BTA.

I had half of my acans die off from getting new lights and I totally fried them :hammer: But now my lights are under control and the ones that lived are even better than before my lights debacle, which you can read about on my thread along with my other issues that I had recently and how I corrected them.

The new corals that I got Saturday are truly amazing and I can't wait to get them posted. My new Aussi Elegance is just gorgeous

Anyway good luck and can't wait to see what else you have and what are on your to get list. :D
