Acceptable temp range for gigs?

I currently have my tank at 79. Both gigs are fine but I'm considering ordering a couple blotched anthias and have read they prefer temps a bit lower. I was considering dropping the temp to 77. Any thought if that would negatively effect the gigs?

Over time I have run from 75 to 81. When I increased my temp to 81 my Ritteri tried to split.

I have since set my controllers up to keep it right at 80.

I can not advise on a gig but I know Orion has posted:

My Gigantea tanks temp set at 84 degree. It is a digital temp controller that is accurate. Only time it is below 83 is when I change water. I use un-heated water and it can drop the tank down to the upper 70's for up to 1 hr before the heater brought it back to 84 degree.

I have change. Not my whole tank is at 80 degree. With LED light instead of MH, my tank does not get that high anymore.
Rod Beuhler, of Rod's Food, have the oldest Gigantea in captivity that I know(20+ years) said in the past that he keep his anemone tank in the mid 80's and notice that it look off if the temp fall below 80. Knowing this, and did not want to rung my chiller too much I set my temp high. I did not find any problem with keeping temp this high consistently. However, I keep it at 80 degree and does not notice any problem either.
