Accident with my derasa

Last night one of my sps colony fall right on top of my derasa.
Today I just noticed that the mantle was tear-up because of that incident. Will it heal up?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it's healthy. It's one of my favorite invert in the tank & I don't want anything bad happen to it.

I dropped a small rock on mine about 9 months ago. I had the same fears as you but everything healed up fine. You'd never know it happened now.

I had that happen to one of my croceas. I dropped a rock and it had a sharp point on it and it punctured the clam.
The next morning the snails were all over it. I guess they can sense when something dies.
