Achilles Problem - Fungal?

Hi Guys,

I'm after some help please. My beloved Achilles black tang appears to have contracted something. It has been getting progressively worse over the past 5 days.

Any idea what it is and what treatment I should try?

He continues to eat well (pellets and sea weed) but I think this disease is affecting him.
