well so just got back with my new corals and i am starting the aclimation process ive researched wuite a bit but how bout a refresher .

do like a 20 sit to a custom to water temp and start a drip aclimation for say what over a hour or so ?

then its off to mount so i got some super glue gel.

btw i got a green cap some gsp and i thing a ora script stag correct me if i am weong emster.

any advice for a coral newb is appreaciated thanks

I would just float the bag for 20 min. and a drip for 1 hour is fine. Just don't let the water in the drip container drop in temp. Hope they do well for you. Enjoy!

wel thanks yhere was some helpfull stuff in the link there hope all goes well alrighty time to start the drip

darn you guys got me into coral

alright well aclimated and the gsp is mounted and the stag is mounted and the cap is shoved in a rock pretty good i think it might be alright if not ill have to glue it tomorrow if i see movement.
the green cap did slime a bit after putting it in there i am assuming this is normal ? and the stag slimed a bit in my hand aswell .
gsp is already poking its lil head out and looks good so far any advice would be wonderfull
thanks

Yes it is normal for them to slime. Sounds like you got your bases covered and yes make sure the cap stays in place, snails and hermits can knock them over. Now its just watch them grow : )

well so far so goos there are about 8 lil gsp heads popping out and i think i see some green polyps from the stag coming out or i am seein things man the cap looks amazing under the vhos though super bright

Well depending on what coral you have....I would do a coral dip, becausee yu need to remove all the nasty critters! Then acclimate it to your tank with a drip.
