So about a month ago I bought a Micronesian acro. I started him out about halfway in my tank. About a week ago I moved him up closer to the top. Now he looks brown. What could be the cause of it?
It is hard to say but dipping will cause it to brown, too little light, too much nitrate or too much phosphate are the usual causes. Check your levels and pick one.
I know I don't have any nitrates last time I checked my phosphates it was at .03 I'll have to take a water sample to my LFS to get it checked and I had him about mid way and just recently moved him up so I guess only time will tell
