ACRO Happiness... extension vs color

OK, so I have some sort of acro. It started out as a dark purple but one side was somewhat brown. I put it on the bottom below my clear acrylic frag rack (mag mounted to glass) to help shade it. Over the past 4 weeks the frag rack is being inched up to light acclimate the green birdsnest I have on it. As it moves up it allows slightly more light to fall on the acro.

Within a couple of days of getting the acro it turned a light blue. Thinking it was bleaching it has remained under the frag rack on the bottom. I was getting polyp extension at night.

To make some room for an anemone I got (LTA) I moved the acro half way up the rock work about 12 inches from the waters surface. It has been there for a day and I now have full polyp extention during the day. Should I consider this happy and leave it? I was originally thinking on leaving it on the bottom until the color came back... Now I am not sure.

Well here it is when I got it although the color balance is off but is it close... And here it is with the color now. I do not have a shot with the polyps extended...

Getting the blue colour back and PE during day is only a good ting. Turning brown in the beginning I think is a sign of growing too much zooxanthellas do to maby higher levels of nutriants in your tank han were it came from. Now it have ajustet and looking Great :D
I'll say a happy acro :D

I have some other yet to be identified acro that is getting lighter from the base. It is on a feag rack on the bottom since March 24th. It seems to have less polyp extension than when I got it. Mo other one mentioned above seems to be happy as a powder blue acro. This one looks more white but starting at the base...

I am hesitant to start creeping this one towards the top.

Well this one died... I think vermatid snails anoyed it and it stopped PE and eventually starved. Now I know to nip those things off whenever I see them...
