I am just curious.

If your new tank is only 24 inches deep, how deep was your 100?

the 225 is 24 in deep and the 100 is 18 in deep

I presume you had 175s or 250s on the 100? I went from a 75 to a 150, 18" to 24". I did not change the lighting. 2x250s.

You made a drastic change. Eventually things will settle and there are plenty of folks with 400s on a tank your size. There will be an adjustment period. Expect some losses.
